You can register your webhook(callback URL) for an app. The DLR(inbound) events are sent to your callback URL for every SMS message you send.
Currently, there is no provision on the platform to forward inbound events to webhooks. For now, you will be unable to receive DLR events to view the delivery status of your messages.
