How to submit template category change request via WhatsApp Manager for templates created before April 01, 2023??

Follow the below steps to request for category change for auto-assigned categories by Meta to your templates created before April 01, 2023 -

🚨Allowed only before May 15, 2023 for approved and rejected templates both 

1. Go to WhatsApp Manager > Template Manager
2. Click on ‘See all updates’
   
   
   
3. In the modal, select templates created before April 01, 2023 and select category for the same and submit
