How to submit template category change request via WhatsApp Manager for rejected templates due to incorrect category, created after April 01, 2023?

Follow the below steps to request for category change for your rejected templates due to Incorrect Category created after April 01, 2023 -

1. Go to WhatsApp Manager > Template Manager
2. Go to ‘Edit Template’
3. On the top, you should see a button with ‘Edit Category’ option. Select the required category and submit
