Go live for a demo app of Tech Provider

Feature releasing on 3rd June 2024

Tech Provider partners on Gupshup Partner Portal can now mark an app as a demo app (for partner’s own use) on Partner Portal. On go live, they will be able to do the onboarding on their own FBM without registering the joint solution.

How to do it?

1. Create an app on self serve portal or Partner portal (whichever you are using)
2. In case of self serve, make sure to link the app with your partner ID
3. Next, go to the apps screen on Partner Portal and next to the app select the edit icon - (NOTE : Only partner portal ADMIN can use this feature)
4. Once you click on it, enable the toggle if the app is going to be used for your own use (By default the toggle will be off)
5. Then go back to self serve or partner portal Apps section (whichever you are using) to make the go live flow. Here you can select your own FBM tied to your Tech Provider

The app will go live without the joint solution ID.

Note: This feature must only be used as an exception for demo apps for tech providers, as Meta's TPP does allow Tech Provider's FBM to create WABAs without joint solution ID. Also, no attribution for the same will be received on Meta for tech provider as the number is live without joint solution ID.
