Why am I unable to view users/opt-ins for my app?

For compliance with GDPR, Gupshup does not manage opt-ins for apps with data region Germany. You select the data storage region for an app at the beginning of the Go-Live process.

    Subject: WhatsApp Business API Onboarding Issue

    Hello Gupshup Team,  
    I was trying to onboard my WhatsApp Business account (Business Name: Hotchips.shop, Customer ID: 400032540).  
    During the Facebook verification step, I got the error: "Onboarding cannot be completed at this time."  
    Please help me complete the onboarding process.
