Auto-generated overdraft eligibility and process for claim (pre-approved overdraft)

This feature will enable auto-generated claimable overdraft limits
based on usage and recharge history of the wallet.

Gupshup will now assign a pre-calculated and approved overdraft
limit every start of the month, which will be displayed in the wallet
interface. This limit is based on the last 3 months of usage and
recharge patterns. A user can claim the limit equal to or less than the
calculated limit which will show as the ‘assigned’ limit.

Note : If Gupshup has assigned a limit manually, it will be enforced
regardless of the calculated limit.
