Reach out to your CSM for attaching your solution ID to existing live phone numbers with Gupshup.
Remember to share the partner ID with an active approved solution ID and list of WABAs/Phone numbers you want to attach.
CSM in coordination with our Support team will initiate the intent for the same. Once intent is initiated, the BM owners will receive an email and a notification in BM with the request.
There are 2 choices here -
BM owner has to accept the notification by going here
OR
If previous is not done, automatic attaching is done in 90 days by Meta
NOTE: Tagging is irreversible action and changing solution ID might need new WABA creation.
