IF YOU ARE ALREADY A GUPSHUP PARTNER AND HAVE A JOINT SOLUTION ID WITH GUPSHUP
- Tech Provider must go to the Meta developer portal, select the same app with which they created their current joint solution ID with Gupshup.
Assumption : They have previously completed all steps such as App review, Access verification, BM verification etc as mentioned in this guide.
- Under WhatsApp in the left menu, go to 'Partner Solutions'. Here you will see the existing Gupshup solution created
- Click on 'Create a partner solution'
- Fill in a Solution name as - <TechProviderName Gupshup OD> e.g if your Tech Provider name is 'ABC Solutions' submit Solution name as 'ABCSolutions Gupshup OD'. (DO NOT USE SPECIAL CHARACTERS). Then enter our Meta app ID - 340384197887925 in the partner app ID in the screen below. You may see the partner name as 'OneDirect' as it is a BSP license by Gupshup dedicated for the partner ecosystem. Know more
NOTE : If you select 'ONLY ME' the permissions are non-editable in future. You will need to create a fresh solution ID with correct permission settings.
- In the 'Partner Solutions' you will now see the new solution created with OneDirect. Note the NEW 'solution name' and 'solution ID' generated'
- Come to the Partner Portal in the admin role. Under 'settings' in left menu you will see the joint solution ID already created with Provider ‘Gupshup’. Click on 'Add joint solution'.
- In the 2 fields enter the new Solution Name and Solution ID created with Onedirect app in step 5 above and click 'Send for Approval'
- The new solution created will reflect below and will become the default solution ID for creating new wabas as soon as it is approved.
Support team will approve / reject your solution ID request. You will receive an email once it is approved/rejected and it will also be visible in the PP.
